Here at Zella DC, we take the health and safety of our staff and customers seriously; this is why we’ve put in place a COVID-19 safety plan to minimise the risk of contamination. We’ve reduced contact between our staff and customers to a minimum, every step of the way: choosing, ordering, receiving, installing – it’s all done remotely or safely.

Online Meetings
You get easy access to our team via online meetings that can be booked here. Alternatively, you can fill in the form on our contact page and we’ll get back to you promptly. If you do come into our office, we will ask you to register using the SafeWA app.

Online Resources
If you have any questions about our products, their features and benefits we have plenty of resources on our website or, if you’re a customer, on our support portal. Our partners can also access additional resoures on our partners portal.

Online Quotes and Orders
We send you online quotes that you can approve digitally, no need to print and sign! Once you’ve approved your quote you will receive an email confirmation with all the details.

Contact-less Delivery
Once the quote has been accepted the order will be placed and a contact-less door-to-door delivery will be organised, anywhere in the world.

Safe Installation
Our product is safe and easy to install. All you have to do is call your trusted electrician and a qualified air conditioning technician.

Easy Maintenance
Quick maintenance can be performed by any member of your staff following our easy step-by-step instructions on the support portal. No need to call any external technicians. If you have any questions we have a 24/7 phone number you can call.

Advanced Intelligence and Automations
Thanks to Zella Sense, you have the capability to remotely oversee and manage your micro data centres. Additionally, you can establish real-time automations to swiftly address events, eliminating the necessity for specialised personnel onsite.

Manuals
All installation and support manuals, terms of use and guides are available online on the support portal. You will receive login details for the portal with your micro data centre.

Phone Assistance
We also have 24/7 phone assistance to help with any questions or enquiries, which means there is no need for external staff or contractors to enter the office. The number is: +61 8 6311 2814.
